FOUNDERS’ TRAINING DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

Two different contexts.

Delivery adapted to each.

TFG · SUPERVISORS & MANAGERS

Retail Dynamics

over twelve months.

Both Samantha and Stefan trained TFG supervisors and managers in Retail Dynamics, including business ethics and labour law. Delivery ran over the full twelve-month period; it was not condensed into four weeks.

GREENRIDERS · 400+ PARTICIPANTS

Four cohorts.

An intensive delivery schedule.

Samantha and Stefan trained more than 400 young adults aged 18–31 across four learnership cohorts of over 100 participants each in Wholesale, Retail, Distribution & Warehousing.

Learning content from a twelve-month programme was condensed into four weeks of training delivery, Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00.

These examples describe prior facilitation experience and delivery schedules. They do not imply that statutory, qualification, assessment or workplace-experience requirements are shortened, or that either organisation endorses every current Wisdom & Wealth offer.

WORKSHOPS & FACILITATION

A focused session.

A practical business purpose.

Workshops can be delivered online or onsite. Scope the topic, participants, timing and intended outputs around your audience. Online corporate training can support teams across Africa and worldwide. Onsite delivery is agreed by location, with travel and related costs included in the proposal where applicable.

FOR A SERIOUS CONVERSATION

What should an investor

or strategic partner ask?

A good partnership needs more than a compelling idea. It needs clear assumptions, commercial discipline and evidence you can examine.

Discuss service income, programme delivery, customer segments and the specific opportunity under consideration with the founders.

Define the intended growth priorities, use of resources, delivery capacity and milestones before discussing a proposed structure.

Request relevant operating information, available delivery evidence, assumptions and commercial details for the opportunity being assessed. Information sharing and confidentiality are agreed directly.

Scope, governance, responsibilities, commercial terms, risks, reporting and the process for further evaluation. No investment terms or financial returns are offered on this website.

Bring a clear objective.
